The HiBuR program is run collaboratively by a collection of Reform, Conservative, and Independent congregations from the Boston Metrowest Area, and is supported by CJP's Boston-Haifa Committee.

The partnering congregations from the Metrowest area include Congregation Beth El, Congregation Beth Elohim, Temple Beth Sholom, Temple Beth Am, Congregation B’nai Torah, Kerem Shlaom, and Congregation Or Atid.
